Does birth describes destiny?

In-fact many answer a big NO for this question. But the problem is that, all questions not just enough answered, some have to be addressed.

          What I really mean to say here is that:- optimists say that “FUTURE IS NOWHERE WRITTEN” but the fact what I really want to say is that FUTURE IS BEING WRITTEN IN HIS/HER OWN BIRTH.(I.e., being decided by his/her birth place)

          In a survey by ECONOMIC TIMES conducted in 2013 it has been revealed that there is only a participation of 2% from rural areas to take prestigious examinations like CSAT,CAT,GMAT,GRE etc., of them only 0.07% rurals are heading turnovers.

          We obviously blame Govt. for any social problem that exist in our society & abuse its policies. But thankfully this problem gives us least scope to abuse Govt.

          So there is no scope for BLAME GAME here. And to say you this is not even a problem , this is just a solution to address many social inequality problems.
          Equality arises if we will to make something equal but not at all by giving something for FREE(subsidies, reservations, bla-bla-bla…) In fact this way is PROMOTING INEQUALITY…

What I mean to say is if a road is jerky … PAVE a GOOD WAY to PASS on it but NEVER Give a GOOD VEHICLE to just some-one and make him prestigious … VEHICLE WILL ALSO SUFFERS along with him.

As far now we have analyzed why my question has been aroused…now let’s look at its addressal:

          I am just planning to start an organization in the name of ICON(Integrity Changes Our Nation) to address the basic problems of rural society with the only means WE INDIANS…

Basic problems faced by rural society:- as we already know the 3 basic necessities roti,kapda,makan..But the fact is that one’s SKILL is the only thing which brings all the above three….In-fact we left these to govt. to address…Govt. left addressing SKILL instead started “FREE schemes”…

          SKILL is something that solely creates EMPLOYMENT, but not Govt. , not  SCHEEMES..

EDUCATION is the only thing that aids to impart SKILLS.. But we may say that govt. is taking good steps to educate more and more...but the thing is that “What is in that so-called education”? Is it really helpful in imbibing skills? Or Is it really creating awareness about opportunities atleast? Neither  both.

I saw many people who are really talented not just in villages but also in towns who are lacking information & who are lacking clarity about “WHERE THIS EDUCATION LEADS THEM TO?:

Many people are taking just ordinary path in an unaware situation what he exactly wants to do…even if he dares to take a special path he is not aware of the path, NOW Millions of questions rises… how to start? how to manage? How to progress? How to win?....all these ? marks creates another ? mark : “AM I ALL RIGHT?” here he stops thinking and pretends to take old rusty path.

Fact is that he is not really lacked with opportunities…he is lacked with a golden word “GUIDANCE”

          Here, I am planning to gather volunteers who have already answered all such questions to guide millions of youngsters and to create proper awareness in deciding path in every walk of life from the age 14..i.e., How to CHOOSE a career?...how to ENTER?...how to MANAGE(scholarships, materials, fellowships, stress management etc.,)?And finally how to become SUCCESSFUL(strategizing, implementing and succeeding)?.

Our organization is a virtual world based GRANDLY INAGURATING ON JAN 1^st , 2014… where you can question, answer, discuss and clear about ALL kinds of CAREER related problems with a single click @ www.iconicfoundation.org/career.

I have already gathered support from many successful persons many of them are willing to volunteer for NX-GEN citizens of India.

This is not at all a profit objective organization. But this also needs a profit.. but Neither money profit nor fame profit  to us…This is to Profit INDIA’S FUTURE.

UNREVEALED : “ IRON-ELECTRICITY”

                                                               

Importance Of Electricity: Scientific inventions have made this world worth living. They have provided us with various means of comforts and luxuries. The invention of electricity is one of the greatest of its wonders. Indeed, we cannot even dream of living in absence of electricity in modern times. There is no walk of life in which it is not used these days. They will clearly show its importance in our daily life.

            But unfortunately in our country its supply has not been able to meet the demand for it.

Some important stats:-

                        Above statistics shows how India is suffering from POWER DEFCIT.

            Electricity can be produced by many ways via thermal, hydro, solar etc., Of all these THERMAL POWER contributes 66% of total production whereas hydro electricity contributes 19% are the two major producers.

            One more important thing to consider is, India’s Economy too facing crisis situation and hence it is not so easy to meet the power requirements by establishing new projects, which is so tough at present times.

            Here is one solution to minimize defcit in our country without establishing new thermal plants. That is BY using IRON-STEEL PLANTS as a means of electricity by ENERGY TRANSFER principle. The working follows:

            In order to understand the entire process let’s have a small view about working of thermal power plants and iron & Steel plants.

Working of  THERMAL POWER PLANTS:

Detailed process of power generation in a thermal power plant:

1) Water intake: Firstly, water is taken into the boiler through a water source. If water is available in a plenty in the region, then the source is an open pond or river. If water is scarce, then it is recycled and the same water is used over and over again.

2) Boiler heating: The boiler is heated with the help of oil, coal or natural gas. A furnace is used to heat the fuel and supply the heat produced to the boiler. The increase in temperature helps in the transformation of water into steam.

3) Steam Turbine: The steam generated in the boiler is sent through a steam turbine. The turbine has blades that rotate when high velocity steam flows across them. This rotation of turbine blades is used to generate electricity.

4) Generator: A generator is connected to the steam turbine. When the turbine rotates, the generator produces electricity which is then passed on to the power distribution systems.

5) Special mountings: There is some other equipment like the economizer and air pre-heater. An economizer uses the heat from the exhaust gases to heat the feed water. An air pre-heater heats the air sent into the combustion chamber to improve the efficiency of the combustion process.

6) Ash collection system: There is a separate residue and ash collection system in place to collect all the waste materials from the combustion process and to prevent them from escaping into the atmosphere.

Apart from this, there are various other monitoring systems and instruments in place to keep track of the functioning of all the devices. This prevents any hazards from taking place in the plant. Consider the below example diagram:-

            Here for us the important step is BROILER HEATING , In order to heat the broiler(thereby to heat water) we use COAL at 1300 degree centigrade(this is our main focus).

Working of  IRON & STEEL PLANTS:

            Basic operation is : IRON ore digged from the earth are sent to the plants.

This iron ore is then heated, Ore," by its nature, is not pure stuff. Depending on the impurities, the melting point will vary. I believe the oxides are very common chemical ores of iron and there are            less common ones.

The chief iron ores are the oxides                                             

Hematite, Fe2O3 (1350C),

Magnetite, Fe3O4 (1420C),  

This is the major part required to consider for our study. 

            Here we need to consider the point that, The temperature required to heat the iron ore to melt is greater than the temperature required to heat water in the boilers(THERMAL POWER PLANTS)

            But we use coal in large amounts under both the cases in order to generate such high degree of temperature.

SOLUTION SUGGESTED:

          In order to find a solution we need to eye on another aspect which is density of iron is much greater than water, in such case molten iron ore can lasts heat far more time compared to water.

          Hence In order to heat the water in boilers of a thermal power plant we can use the heat generated by the molten iron ore by using the principle of  ENERGY TRANSFER.   

          This can be done by constructing a thermal plant along with the IRON-STEEL manufacturing plants using very high temparature coefficient material sheets for separation.

          Some of very high temparature metals are Tungsten has the highest melting point of the metals, 3410 deg C , Titanium (approx. 3200 degrees) and Manganese (2600) which are far ahead of iron ore melting and water boiling temapratures .

By doing so we can save the coal requirements and thereby can minimize the power defcit upto a good extent.

        MY VIEWS ON SOCIO-ECONOMIC CHANGE IN INDIA 2012

As far as now India is considered as an developing nation…India stays in the same situation if the things not changed up to the potential.

I mean after considering all the issues such as finance, polity and else.. I feel that the only way we can bring change by making the people of our nation aware of their rights and duties… The only way we can bring this awareness is by providing proper educational knowledge about the basics & functioning of  Indian constitution and Polity…

Firstly we consider what proper education system is?

The education system that provides knowledge on the constitutional and political aspects means to the life of every individual by upgrading the syllabus every year of their primary and secondary education level. This education system should be unitary in nature for all classes of people .

How this can be achieved?

Here to consider a new thing… This can be only achieved if we have teachers of high degree of  knowledge, which can be achieved by having ITS(Indian Teaching Services), a national level selection procedure for appointing teachers to all Govt. Schools for primary and secondary level(because teachers are the building blocks of nation in my sense). So that, govt. education system can compete with this corporate education system(may even go much better than that).

What measures are to be taken to achieve this?

I know this is all a cumbersome process which is very much involved with money. We cannot allocate much money as per present circumstances to this education sector. But, I have a way to achieve this:

          The way we can achieve this only if we have much more financial status and a good administrative system.

          Financial status of  India cannot be changed in a night if it is in the normal way. We can improve it by using TATKAL system(already in practice by Govt.),  to be applied to many other organizations. That is By making something necessary to rich people thereby govt. can collect more than its original fare. Hence this needs to be improvised in all the govt. sectors can be in another way also.

 One live example : if the people want to get a fancy number for their vehicle like 9999,6666,1111,etc., the govt. auctions and the one who pay higher gets the number and the money will be into government treasury.

          In my sense the people who are rich cannot look about money they spent for comfort of  their living. And even they can earn it by their way of living so they won’t resist to pay. The govt. should cash it by proper measures is the only thing to do( force to have more comfort life than they are living at present by turning all things around). 

          In another way by collecting taxes on the black money and make it white is also a good way, only  just before the lokpal bill sanctioned.(because lokpal bill can easily transparent the matters of corruption) and so there will not be any matter of  corruption by then. Here the important matter is the money already got  collected from the non govt. service persons before the lokpal, money from the govt. servants will also be added into the government treasury after the lokpal approval.

The second thing is administration, this is already in-change phase and in most cases moving on the already right track by emerging administrators of INDIA.

Thus we can allocate much financial resources to the education sector and adminstrate it properly, we can find exponentially increasing growth. And in just 20 years from now and we will be surely called as a developed nation.

Here I would like to consider one more important thing is that the political govt. which takes measures for the children welfare plans, especially under education sector will always get an upper edge over the other parties.

Live example: Inspite of price hikes and bitter experiences from the functioning of the govt. in many aspects, the people of Andhra Pradesh elected Indian national congress(INC) to rule for another 5 years of span 2009-2014, only because this party has provided free graduation education for all sectors of people so called OBCs.

This means this will also helpful for political parties to carry this process.
